change the login page with a contribution

i want to change my login.php file to make it a little less "in the face" for a new customer.

i saw a nice login at

and i did believe i saw this as a contribution. but i cant seem to find it.

anyone who can help me out here?

the other 2 contributions i saw didn't fit my needs.
