Enter cost for products but display markups to customers

I would like to enter the cost of products into OSC but have a field where I can add the markup percentage for it also. That way the customers will see the price after the markup but I can still keep track of the cost. Plus adjust the markup without having to go back looking at what the cost was on a separate info.

 

Is there some type of contribute for this or am I asking too much?

I don't want to sound rude but how will this help me out? I know nothing about coding PHP. I'm just now learning how to modify it, with a little help, but it will be a long time before I can really go at it.
