Contact Us email containing //'s

In all of the emails received from the contact us form, everytime there is a ' or a " there is a / before them. Example:

 

There/'s a /"horse/" over there!

 

I know it is a PHP related problem, but I cant seem to find where to fix it. Anyone have any suggestions or help?
