Apache 2.0 + mod_ssl 2.8.14 (it's for apache 1.3!) plz help

I've downloded the apache 2.0, and i went to mod_ssl

site, and there i saw that the newest version is for apache

1.3 and not for 2.0, so what do i do? is it safe to install it on the 2.0?

or the is newer version somewhere?

I forgot to add that the i think i need the mod_ssl because in the

installation file it says to install it.
