networkdad Posted May 8, 2003 Posted May 8, 2003 Do you have access to look at your database, maybe via phpMyAdmin ? Check and make sure the customers table hasn't been cleared out... Made any other recent changes to your site ?
baph Posted May 9, 2003 Author Posted May 9, 2003 Do you have access to look at your database, maybe via phpMyAdmin ? Check and make sure the customers table hasn't been cleared out... The integrity of the database looks fine, I added a new account to test, and this looks fine in the DB and works... it's just previous customers that cannot log in. Made any other recent changes to your site olny adding new stock... but this "should" not cause problems... Jon
Guest Posted May 12, 2003 Posted May 12, 2003 I have a particular customer that cannot login. She gave me the login details, and unfortunately, I failed too. She changed her password, but failed again. The email she gave me is the same as the one in the database. I created a new account and everything worked fine. I managed to logoff and login again. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Guest Posted May 12, 2003 Posted May 12, 2003 Hi Druide. Thanks for the quick reply. No, I did not ask her but I will. The browser that I used to login with her details is IE6. I will let you know the customer's browser details as soon as I get them. Thanks.
Guest Posted May 12, 2003 Posted May 12, 2003 I have contacted the customer and she is using IE6. Meanwhile, I tried to login into her account using Netscape 7.02 (Windows 2000). I was redirected to the login page with the same error as per previous attempts in IE6: ERROR: No match for 'E-Mail Address' and/or 'Password'. Second test: I tried to create a new account using the customer's email address. The email was not accepted as it is already being used. Thanks for your help.
