Worldpay V4.0 not showing up in admin module

Installed all the files and followed the instructions. but it doesnt show up in my admin>modules>payment.

 

Do i need to edit any .php files for admin?

 

Another question the installation instructions say

2. Add: define('FILENAME_WPCALLBACK', 'wpcallback.php');

To catalog/includes/filenames.php

 

Does that mean i have to add it into every php file in the /catalog/includes/ directory?

 

If so, does it matter where in the file i put it in?

You can activate the module under admin / Modules / Payment

Module name is Secure Credit Card Payment.
