Hunkah
Is there a contribution that allows for a retail/wholesale separation? Example 1. Allows for wholesale user to see a different rate 2. Allows for wholesale user to have a different login account I was thinking an easy way to do this might be to modify a country into a wholesale account, it would be possible for someone to modify the information at the same time as a country. The only problem would be adding the credentials to the user and the country by somehow password protecting the country to the user. I DON'T KNOW!!! You are better at this than me!!! solutions_online
I also am looking at having different pricing for varying customers (at least 2, maybe more). I agree that the solution provided by OnePhatWebyCat would work however I think an integrated website would be much better in terms of administration. For example: Change of styles, product descriptions, addition of product etc. Under the suggested solution this would need to be done twice, meaning there is twice the possibility of human error. I have no idea of programming but I'm surprised a solution has not been found for this. The other multiple price contributions only work on quantity or percentage rules, which does not universally apply across the whole product range in a real store. I think the only hack it needs is additional price columns, and a field in the customer table to indicate which pricing structure applies. Of course the catalog pages and the checkout pages would need to be altered to show and calculate the correct pricing for the customer. Then again, I could be completely off the mark. :? Guest
i wonder if theres a way to set a minimum checkout price for one group... like set it so wholesalers must purchase at least $100 worth of products before they can checkout...
