Is it possible to delay payment process until i confirm?

Is this possible?

 

I want when a customer makes an order, the order to be processed to me and the customer to get a message saying we will contact you in 24hours. Then if the product is available i want to be able to give them the link for payment.

 

Note im only using paypal, nochex and cheque.
