How do I move from a W2k Server to a Linux?

Is there a good way to move a cart set up from a W2k Server to a Linux with out loosing all our work?

You should be able to move all of your files over without any problems.

 

*Transfer all files, keep directory structure intact

*Export database of win2k server

*Setup new MySQL database on new server.

*Import database onto new server

 

The only thing you'll want to keep in mind, is to change your paths in your configure.php files to match your new server

/admin/includes/configure.php

/catalog/includes/configure.php

 

Then, test, test, test !
