thunderbirdnest Posted May 3, 2003 Posted May 3, 2003 ok, i have installed 2.2 CVS about 4 times, and MS1 about 3 times now, due to contrubtions not installing correctly (after fresh installs!) i can't get ONE to work right... Can ANYONE help me out, this is getting really annoying, and i'm begging to lose my mind here!! Thanks

You won't be able to use Paypal IPN, and Credit Class/Discount coupon on the same install, at least not yet. Credit class/Discount coupon go hand in hand, and will screw up your checkout process if you are using paypal IPN. So: You can either use paypal IPN or Use credit class/Discount coupon but not both at the same time. it's a known issue (not really a bug), and i'm sure someone will eventually come up with a fix. I use Paypal IPN, and i would love to use discount coupon..but not yet! :(

orchard Posted May 3, 2003 Posted May 3, 2003 Try doing an easy contribution first so you can have some success. menuBar was pretty easy to install. In olden times the men were made of iron and the ships were made of wood; now it's the other way around. :wink:
