Do you have an SSL server?....if not, in configure.php set:

define('ENABLE_SSL', false);

If you do have SSL, you must upload your files to that server also....

If you do not have a secure server you need to turn the setting to false.

If you DO have a secure server then you need to make sure the includes/configure.php file has the correct path to the server. It needs to be correct in both the catalog and the admin.

Here:

http://shop.pcstuffs.com/catalog/admin/

But you have a problem with your configuration in catalog/admin/includes/configure.php - make sure your settings there are correct - this is the error:

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/wcl168/pcstuffs/catalog/admin/index.php on line 13
