question about fraudulent purchases

We went live with out store earlier this year...it has been pretty slow going save all the bogus orders we have been getting from Nigeria. Of course the cards cleared, product was shipped and about 30 days later (billing cycle) we were informed of several bad purchases. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what have you done to try to shelter yourself--or is there anything that can be done?

Seriously though, talk to your credit card companies. I'm sure they will have some advice for you.

it was about a live store and the description of this forum isn't exactly specific about the 'ask for feedback about your store' it is simply defined as discussions on live stores and this is definitely a discussion about a live store.
