second tax (compound) not showing up

Hi,

I am trying to add a second tax rate in admin->locations/taxes which I believe I have done correctly in tax zones, tax classes and tax rates. I have tried changing the tax priority but it still doesn't show up when I either checkout or view an invoice, although the 1st rate (VAT) is there.

Do I need to create a separate php file to run my second tax module?

Any help would be greatly apprecciated!

Thanks in advance!

Yes,

I can see why you didn't understand it. I had my taxes configured wrongly which meant that although I thought I had 2 taxes applied, OScommerce thought I didn't. The key to my answer was in the fact that each product has a specific tax applied to it in the catalog, so I had to change both my taxes to share the same name, although the tax values and descriptions were different. Both taxes then show up on checkout.

Thanks for the reply!
