UPS set-up problem

Can't get this to work (or USPS either)


Is it simply a matter of needing to have an account with them first?


Don't want to spend hours on this if that's simple :)

Still doesn't work. Precise msg is:


"We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.

Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown."


I changed my config setting, but on the shipping module there is no place for the Country and Zip Code in the shipping section on modules/admin. Have I missed something?
