Is it possible with product attributes?

Heres what I would like:

A drop down box with these options:

30 pill $6

60 pils $9

180 pills $15

ect ect.

But if I try to do that in the product attributes section, it sort of adds $9 if the customer wants 60 pills INSTEAD of 30. If there any way (or contrib) that can give me what I want. It would be hard to do the math to find out how much more it would cost for +30 pills, +60 pills ect. (because of large catalog).

Example of problem:

Thanks a bunch!

You can do this several ways.

The product could be 0 and the attributes contain all the pricing.

You need to add a calculator of sorts to get the display price for the products like this to calculate the lowest price as the products display price.

Or, you could make the product the lowest price and the first attribute qty is no additional charge and the additional attributes have their price minus the product price for a value.

So you set vitamin E at:

products_price $20

30 count

60 count +15

90 count +30

120 count +45

etc.

Sorry to jump in here, but I have a related question. I am trying to do the same thing and I cannot get the 'blank' field to be the default option (so the customer can select the product with no additional charge)

How do I ensure that the blank feild is the 'form selected' option ?

Also is there a way to force a sort order in this area (as the example above)

THanks...

thats how i did it.

I see . I would like to be able to put up the price for the original items and then the add ons as oprions though. With the blank field first then increasing in price. There must be a way to force the order. Anyone? :D

for the item set the initial price you want. then for each attribute just type in the price you want to add to the initial price.
