customer box on Admin screen

Hi. I have installed OSCommerce on two customer sites. One is live and the other I am still working on.

The one I am currently working on does not have the "customer" box on the admin screen. It shows on the "blue" index page, but does not show in the list of boxes on the left of screen when I access any of the options, it just skips it and goes to the next selection box. Here's what I have on the list:

 Configuration

 Catalog

 Modules

 Locations / Taxes

 Localization

 Reports

 Tools

 Gift Voucher

 Discount Coupons

 Polls

 Administrators

 Paypal IPN

Obviously I do have the customers.php file in the admin directory or it wouldn't show and be accessible from the admin/index.php file.

How do I get it on the list????

Thanks for all help!

Well, took a look at file and customers is there... here's the code...

<?php

/*

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'configuration.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'catalog.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'modules.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'customers.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'taxes.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'localization.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'reports.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'tools.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'gv_admin.php'); //GV SYSTEM

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'coupon_admin.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'polls.php'); //POLLBOOTH v1.1

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'administrators.php');

 require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'paypalipn.php'); // PAYPALIPN

?>

I even tried moving where it should be and it's still not there. Any other thoughts???

The coupon_admin box is also not there ... and they are both found in the boxes directory as well as in the admin directories.

Help please!

You have a problem with the installation of one of your contributions... I would say an administrators contribution.... and you do not have access to the customers data... :shock:

I started this customer site off with Ian's loaded snapshot Crev5 which does include the administrators contribution. Has anyone else had a problem with Customers not showing in their column_left.php who has this loaded snapshot?

I'll check the administrators contribution and I'll post back here what I find.

Thanks.
