Log into your cpanel and go to phpmyadmin.

 

Click the database name in the left hand pane. This will bring up a very long list of databases in the right hand column. The first one is entitled "address_book".

 

Scroll down until you find the table named "whos_online" and place

a tick in the small box by the side of it. This should be the only

table that has a tick next to it!

 

Now, look at the bottom of the list, and you should see:

 

check all / uncheck all [with selected [v]]

 

Scroll down on [with selected [v]] to "repair table".

 

Or of course, you could have searched the Forum! :shock: :roll:
