donato
Hello, It has been awhile since I last posted, good to see that the community is thriving! I have a client who has a business that is nationwide -across Canada they already sell merchandise in there stores, so I am assuming they already have a merchant account. Can someone recommend an authorization company (preferably Canadian) that will work with OSC? For my store I had already tried WorldPay but the company is only going to be selling in Canada and will not sell overseas or North America. So I guess there are two questions here: 1). If the company is already selling merchandise and services(accepts VISA/AMEX/MC) then they already have a merchant account 2).Since the company already has a merchant account, ( from question 1) then what auth company do u guys recommend that works with OSC? It has to be reputable (no paypal, etc) Thanks in advance! Regards, Donato

donato
to add to this was thinking further...i would have to buy a secure cert for this transaction to get to the company securely (with credit card info and all), unless i am missing something here...
Guest
Yes, a SSL cert is a must for secure transaction In the admin side of the store ...admin/modules/payment ...activate CC (green dot) When store owner receives orders, he punches the CC number in is store terminal and voila HTH The_Bear
