lelandmyrick
I setup oscommerce today after looking at it for a long time. I started playing around and customizing it a little (using CSS), but when the create account, my account, or login links are clicked, I get 'a connection failure has occured'. Any ideas what might be making it hang? The site is at http://redhandgames.com/catalog/default.php Thanks, Leland Myrick Leland Myrick
Ajeh
If the snapshot you loaded is from April 10th to the 12th or so ... get the 04-15-2003 snapshot. It fixes a wee little bug in there. If you have the 4-15-2003 ... edit the Minimum Values ... Company and change it from 2 to 0 There is one more fix to go for those files, which is popup a message when the field size minimum is > than what is entered by the customer. lelandmyrick
I just downloaded the latest version (April 16) and still the same problem. It just won't load any of the account pages. What the heck is wrong? Leland Myrick
Ajeh
Set your Minimum Company length to 0 It should be fixed before too long.
Ajeh
I take that back. Are you using $DOCUMENT_ROOT in your configure.php file rather than the real path? Try changing it.
