BS Edge, contact form, customer emails not being received?

There is an issue with the contact form

it has suddenly stopped working

does anyone have any tips to fix it?

 

I can see the customer email in the email header, but the replyto email is showing as my own websites servers?

 

it just started occuring now

Thats what I did and it seems to have worked.
