Hello Fellow OSCers,

 

I came across what I thought was a nice read and decided to share it with the community. Hopefully, it will give some ideas as @@burt and others move OSC forward. Number 7 stood out to me, "Lower Purchase Thresholds".

 

There are several things that could be added to a website like on the Create Account page add a message assuring the customer their info is safe and won't be sold to a third party. Perhaps a money back guarantee badge in the footer. Maybe during the checkout process add messages or hooks near the progress bar to inform the customer of what happens in the next step. For example, in checkout_payment.php display a message "Next: Confirm and pay for order"
