MrPhil Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 You'll have to be a bit more specific about what's "missing", otherwise this will just be considered a thinly disguised ad for your site. Are letters actually missing from the output, or are they replaced by ?-in-black-diamond ? I took a quick look at Czech and Russian front pages, and didn't see any invalid character glyphs (?-in-black-diamond). I don't know either language, and can't tell if letters are missing. What letters are missing? Is this consistently happening? Your site is UTF-8 encoded. What osC version? What PHP version? If just a few letters are missing, was the original text created in one or more Windows-125x encodings, and then transferred to UTF-8? If the text included certain letters found in the Windows extension area (x80-x9F codes), it might have lost those during the conversion/transfer. Tell us the history of the Eastern European texts -- created using what tools, how transferred to your store, etc.? If you want to offer to pay for a fix, you should be posting in the Commercial Services section.
