Selecting Product Attribute as Price Source

Hello hello, another day another issue and another post another solution I am hoping

So I've been playing around with attributes and how I want them to appear. The way I added (most of) my attributes was by inputting the full product price with the attribute applied:

Instead of using the prefix to say this product is £10 but with y attribute (+£5) it is now £15

It instead says (at the moment) this product is £0, please select one of A (£10), B (£15) or C (£15) attributes.

What I am looking for is some piece of code that automatically selects the cheapest attribute and displays that as the product price:

This product is £10 and is currently set to attribute A but by selecting attribute B you'll make it £15

The above mesh of description looks like it could be confusing to understand but I'm in a slight rush so if anyone's willing to help but doesn't understand what I'm going on about just let me know. The reason I would like some code like this is because A. It would take a huge amount of time to go and change my 4000 or so number of different attribute options and work out the price differences and B. Because it will save time adding attributes in the future.

All help will be appreciated,

Thanks Will.

Whilst you may have already done some coding and changes have you looked to see the following addons. They are not for the current version, but may be able to be converted

Actual attribute price http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/1716

There is also a good thread about attribute prices here http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/392931-update-price-automatically-after-selecting-product-attribute/

Plus loads of information here https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#newwindow=1&q=oscommerce+attribute+price

REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP

Hi thanks for the reply, that addon looks like it would do the trick but I have the Ajax Price Update addon installed (http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/8278) and there's unfortunately some code cross-overs :/

I shall have to try and do some merging but will definitely keep actual attribute price bookmarked.

Thanks again.
