locked out of admin - 500 Internal Server Error

Hello,

 

I'm having a very big problem here. I have not made any changes to my webstore recently. Last time I logged in, everything was fine. Now, when I try to login I get the following error message.

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

I've checked my error logs and only see:

I know that I'm typing in the user name and password correctly. What should I do? I am a novice, so please explain any suggestions in simple terms.

if you can't get into your admin and you haven't changed anything and you're getting "Internal Server Error" then you may want to contact your webhost to see if they have changed something like Apache/php update. 

 

I went to your website and it loads fine but i see a major issue in that you're not using SSL.  If you want to do business online use SSL and you'll come out ahead financially in that you will make sales you otherwise won't.  Also, your admin panel is accessible to anyone.  Rename to something else like the instructions state.  You're in for a load of problems the way you're going.  Read all the instructions.
