adding chat to index.php

Hi I want to add a free chat script to my oscommerce shop home page ..Instructions say >>> 

Copy and paste the code on every page of your website, immediately before the </body> tag. <<<< 

But of course there is no body tag in index.php where or how to I add this ?

Never mind solved I had to add it to template_top.php at the bottom
