Chadduck Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 SECURITY PRO and Error: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again. THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES. I spent several hours trying to solve my issue BUT it turns out to be an oversight on my part for not keeping up to date on modules, addons etc. Hopefully it will save others from the same issue I had of not finding an answer. I was recently contacted by a customer that was having an issue with their password. They had forgotten the password and were attempting to use the password reset function BUT were receiving this error Error: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again. I was able to duplicate the error and began researching. The store is OSC 2.3.4 and I had installed the addon Security Pro (r7). Unknown to me the addon had been updated to Security Pro (r11). Once the necessary updated file was replaced the problem disappeared. Problem solved. SEE ATTACHED FILE
