Guest Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Hi I am just cruising thru our "tidied" up web site, having just recently installed, SEO Reloaded, Site Monitor, Search Friendly URLs(?) however when clicking on a category in Manufacturers drop down menu I get the following. Ive tried looking in a few places, and googleing but alas no good what do I need to do to correct please; 1054 - Unknown column 'manufacturers_seo_description' in 'field list' select manufacturers_seo_description, manufacturers_seo_keywords from manufacturers_info where manufacturers_id = '35' and languages_id = '1' [TEP STOP] Obviously something to do with manufacturers, Ive checked the above addons, but must have missed something Any thoughts on how to correct please. Many thanks Grandpa
Jack_mcs Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 It's saying there is a missing database field. My guess is that it is from the Reloaded one. You may want to search that addon for manufacturers_seo_description to see if you missed making that change or ask the question in its support thread. ♥14steve14 Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Check that the 'manufacturers_seo_description' field exists in the database. If not add it using what ever addon you installed. REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
MrPhil Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 That field is probably being requested by one of the SEO add-ons, but in the process of installing that add-on, you neglected to run the commands to update the database (and add that field). Or maybe you did try to run the commands, but something went wrong and you didn't succeed.
