Guest
Sagepay has been working fine until recently When you confirm order it should send the customer to sagepay to process payment. However the following error is shown. HTTP Status Code: 500 HTTP Status Message: The request was unsuccessful due to an unexpected condition encountered by the server. Error Code : 3098 Error Description : The VPSProtocol value is not supported by the system in use. Oscommerce v 2.3 I updated the sagepay form last year and i have checked, it seems to be latest version API 3.0 I recently changed server but it has worked since i moved, could it be anything to do with the change of sever? ♥14steve14
Are the files there, and are they in the right place. Have you clicked on the install button to install the modules. If it was working, what have you or your hosts done to change anything. Quote REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
Guest
Hi Steve The install button has the number 47 in brackets which is how many options their should be to install, however when you click on it the install page does not have the modules there. Not sure why the problem with sage started to happen but I tried to install PayPal express as a temp option until I had sorted out what was wrong with sage which is when I lost the modules, I v Can send you some images of server if that would help you to see if the files are all in correct place
