Admin page not working in local development setup

Hi all,

 

I'm having trouble developing an os 2.3.3 site locally. I can the frontend to load perfectly but the admin section, when accessed, is giving me the error.

 

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7168 bytes) in admin/includes/classes/action_recorder.php on line 25

 

 

I've double checked i've enough memory in php.ini and it's set to 128M.

 

Any ideas?
