securehosting taking payment, but not creating order

Hello all, 

 

For some reason this morning one of the sites i manage has stopped creating orders. 

 

When working through the shopping cart, it takes you to the payment page (securehosting) and when it re directs you back to the site, it just takes you to the shopping cart page, which is still full. 

 

the money is taken, but there is no confirmation email or otherwise and the order does not appear in admin or the database. 

 

Im at a completed loss as why it has suddenly stopped working, as we received an order this morning, but nothing since. 

 

I believe im using version 2.3 or osc if that helps. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have resolved this issue. There was an error somewhere on the checkout_process page. Once corrected the checkout worked fine.
