html code appearing on order confirmation email

can someone help me out? customers are seeing this " " on their order confirmation emails, see example below, I can't seem to be able to locate the file to modify it:

That's generated in checkout_process, but " " is not coded in there.  BTW, that stands for "no break space" in html.  Do you have something that modified it?  Have you tried sending emails as html?

thank you for replying, well i do not have anything that modified it at all, on which file would this be coded in? and no I have not tried sending emails as html...

I think all of the order success email comes strictly from order_process. If you change it to html that will become a space.
