Pending now says Preparing

Orders also have stopped showing up as “Pending” once payment has been done. They all say “Preparing”, regardless if payment has been done or not. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know if it can be fixed? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

It can be fixed. It's in the payment module. Trying using another payment module. Is "Preparing" a status you had setup?

No it was always "Pending" and has worked well for years. We recently changed the site to a more mobile friendly structure and now we cannot get the color and sizes to come through on the orders and the orders now say "Preparing" regardless if payment has been made or not.
