wildvettes Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 Responsive 2.3.4 clean install I have been able to get express to send a confirmed payment but the whole process takes them off site and doesn't itemize the cart, making my order retrieval from ECC cloud more difficult to configure. When I go to paypal the payment shows that direct payments and virtual terminal are both not eligible for seller protection. I don't understand why this would be since they are confirming the billing address, card, exp, and cvv number all throughout the process. If they have all of that why wouldn't they confirm the shipping address and offer seller protection? I used a modified express for my old store but that was 5 years ago. I just find it hard to believe people are running stores with zero credit card fraud protection. I ship items up to $2000 and losing just one can set me back $20,000 in sales. I can't afford that. Anyone running something that works as it should? I have used both my standard paypal api, AND my merchant login subscription(payments pro) account and both return the same results.
