Janis95 Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Hello i have site ev-parts.com, and when customer makes order he and i as a site admin, i get order email with all the information about products he ordered and about his personal information, only there is no his email.. I can see his email only if i go to admin panel and check the invoice there.. oscommerce v.3.3.3.
Janis95 Posted November 1, 2015 Author Posted November 1, 2015 Okey, the other solution could be to enable option that site admin receives customer invoice to his email, because if we look at the invoice via control panel>customers>orders>invoice there we can see customers email, so sending automatically emails with order invoices could solve the problem that admin can't see the customers email when he receives order process/ customer order email. So maybe someone can help me?
