Blank Admin Page

Hello there,

 

I installed OsCommerce on my client's domain in 2011 and she recently advised that nothing happens when she logs into the admin area. I tried it this morning and once I enter the login details into the popup, the admin area is blank. I can't tell what version is being used and I can't logout or try again.

 

This is the website front end which is working fine:

Any idea why this would be happening and what I could do to fix it please?

Hi Eva,

 

I am not sure just by looking at your site what version it is, but I am going to guess an early 2.3, maybe 2.3.1?? If that is the case perhaps the host company upgraded to the newer 5.4 php version on the server?? That oscommerce version will only work up to I think php 5.3 and will then have issues. I would first check with the hosting company and ask if they did any changes to the server recently. You will probably need to do some updates on the website to get it up to date as you mentioned it was set up back in 2011.
