I have two modules installed, the zone-module and a pickup-module and have set the zone-module to "0" and the pickup-module to "1" but the pickup is displayed first and is checked per default. It needs to be unchecked an displayed as second possibility for shipping and payment. Where do I have to look why the sortorder is not honored? Also the reason why the pick up module is selected is because it always pre-select the cheapest method which in your case is the pick up module.
