Roaddoctor Posted September 9, 2015 Share Posted September 9, 2015 METHOD DoDirectPayment ACK Failure VERSION 112 BUILD 000000 L_ERRORCODE0 10001 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 Internal Error L_LONGMESSAGE0 Internal Error L_SEVERITYCODE0 Error I randomly are seeing these failures during customer checkouts. The customer gets looped back to the shopping cart page with "internal error" message at the top. upon re-attempt, sometimes it does the same error, sometimes not and completes.
