allaboutwicker Posted August 1, 2015 Share Posted August 1, 2015 Hi Dr Bob, Try going to the url of where you loaded the files and see if it will start the install process. Should be something like the following, but with your site in place of "example.com" of course and in this case files were placed under a folder named "catalog"---> http://www.example.com/catalog/<--- If you placed them in the root then it would just be your url without any following as such http://www.example.com/ Here is a link to the official documentation for install of Oscommerce 2.3 which I hope is what you are installing or perhaps the 2.3.4 BS is even better if starting from scratch for sure: http://library.oscommerce.com/Online&en&oscom_2_3&getting_started&new_installation Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
