Hello:

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE. I AM LOST!!

This is the second website this has happened.

Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), (NOT SO) or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

How do I bypass the browser. The one site that worked putting in the login used the standard login message

Then this comes up.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at wantatutor.com Port 80

Warning: require(/home3/mudpeye/public_html/wantatutor.comincludes/classes/action_recorder.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home3/mudpeye/public_html/wantatutor.com/admin/includes/classes/action_recorder.php on line 13

Someone's help would be most appreciated and Thanks

You missed the updates of your sites. Lets start the begining.

osCommerce based shop owner with minimal design and focused on background works. When the less is more.
Email managment with tracking pixel, package managment for shipping, stock management, warehouse managment with bar code reader, parcel shops management on 3000 pickup points without local store.

You obviously have a configuration problem. Note the file it's trying to find: /home3/mudpeye/public_html/wantatutor.comincludes/classes/action_recorder.php. At the least, you are missing a / before the "includes". Check both your configure.php files for a mistake.

Hello McPhil:

I hope this gets to you. I'm new at this forum.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

That was it. I had 3 /'s missing in my config.php file.

Not good a codeing and syntax, but I am learning.

Now should be able to fix the other site as well.

Thanks again and all the best.

Robert

Happy to hear you've made progress. Sometimes it can be a bit unclear exactly what is supposed to be the format of configure.php file entries. And be very careful not to confuse the two different configure.php files when uploading!

I've been called DrPhil but never McPhil! I'm still waiting for someone to address me as "McCool". :)
