Upgrading from v2.3.3.4 to V2.3.4 Nw my admin page is gone?

Hello.

 

I just installed a new clean store V 2.3.3.4 and then upgraded (copied the files from the zip) to the server... made the ChgMod as stated and the store shows up fine but when I log into the admin page, I get the 404 page not found thing..

 

 

then the address line following the admin/ reads HTTPS SERVERDIR_WS_HTTPS_ADMINlogin.php?osCAdminID= then numbers and letters

 

by the way, I was able to log into the admin panel just fine before I upgraded the clean store to the latest version... I made sure it was working, made no MODS then upgraded.

 

Any clues????

You missed the changes to admin/includes/configure.php. See the instructions for the upgrade to version 2.3.4 for those changes.

to allaboutwicker:... thanks.  I will look again but I thought I got it... LOL  wish you were 5 min quicker... gave up and uninstalled the database/osc to reinstall again...

did the changes and now I get

This webpage has a redirect loop

 

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I believe I found out my problem... didn't make the correct settings in the config file... found more complete info here

 

 

also, I DID add the new 2.3.4 parameters in the config file that are described here:

now I'm in and all seems correct.... I hope!
