jthornton
Can oscommerce have product options that will subtract from inventory? For example I may have several products that have the same option so when an option is ordered with a product I need the option inventory to reduce by one. ♥14steve14
As standard that option has never been added to the core code. Why, well you will have to try to get an answer yourself. Its deemed not important, which was the last answer I got. A shop without full stock control is not a lot of good. There is an addon that can be found here http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/7786. It was updated to 2.3.1 but has never gone any further. It may work on the latest version, but will possibly need to be updated to meet the new code standards. If you cant do it yourself you may have to ask in the paid for help section as it is quite a bit install. ♥Tsimi
@@jthornton That is what I am using...I think it is If burt hasn't changed anything. And on top of that it comes for a very reasonable price. I don't know the other commercial addon that @@burt mentioned but the one I linked to is really great. At least it does what I needed it to do.
