HTTP Error Management System by FIMBLE

I have a problem of understanding with this addon. In the configuration page it says: "HTTP Errors you want to exclude any ban 400,401,403,404,405,408,415,416,417,500,501,502,503,504,505" as default.

At the right side it says: "HTTP Errors you want to exclude any ban
The HTTP Errors that you want to exclude being banned
Seperate by a comma .... example 401,403,404 etc I suggest you only ban 404, and possibly 403."

Forgive me - but does it mean to take the 404 (and the 403) out of the list? Or are those two the only ones to put in the list?
