ipgmedia Posted July 19, 2015 Author Share Posted July 19, 2015 It was not zipped when I purchased the theme I wanted. It's supposed to be a jewelry store theme. The "DIAMOND" one. But when I upload the catalog folder with the install, it doesn't work properly. How do I make it work or what can I do to fix it? You should contact the template provider for support. You can get osCommerce from here, install that and work from there. BTW the latest community version is responsive and mobile friendly, and does not look bad out of the box. Click on the link in my sig. for it. ♥14steve14 Posted July 20, 2015 Share Posted July 20, 2015 Your problem is not with oscommerce but what you have been provided with from the template supplier. It is them that you should be asking for support. What I would check is that the package you were supplied was a full package and not meant to be added to a basic oscommerce installed package.
