troubleshoot Payment module

Hello Support,

 

I am using oscommerce 234 with PayPal standard and Virtual_Merchant_Charge_It  add on

for my payment modules.

 

This morning i received in our store email from the virtual merchant payment module.

Error Message(s):
Address Verification Response:
CVV2 Verification Response:

Nothing on the site has changed on our site.  I contacted Virtual Merchant- they stated that the sending of the CC information is not reaching them and nothing has changed on their site.

 

Next I am thinking it is the server that might be stopping the sending of the CC information,

checked server error logs and did not see anything.

 

Has anybody had anything similar or can help me troubleshoot further.
