KevinMelbourne Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 Hello, I found a very strange customer account in my osCommerce v2.3.1. There is no information provided except country name. I wonder how he registered without providing all the required information such as name and email. I tried to delete the account but failed. I cannot edit the acount either. Other customers' accounts all work very well. I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me how to delete this strange account. Many thanks! burt Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 The only way to delete this phantom customer is to do it directly in PHPmyadmin.
