Every time I upload the product with the easy populate, it shows on my front end, but when I load it from the backend, all info I type in doesn't shows. When I click on update product from the back end, it will remove the description from the database, from end will not show. However, if I type in the description directly from the back end, and re-editing it again, everything shows normal. Anyone know what the problem it maybe? I'd guess you're not actually losing the whole description just everything after the quote. When exactly does it disappear? Do you see it when you first open the product to edit it? What about when you preview? Or is it there until you actually press save? Contact me for work on updating existing stores - whether to Phoenix or the new osC when it's released. You needed to put a \ before the ' so it's became it\'s and what's becomes what\'s, but this may not be your problem.
