For example, if you go the 2015 AMSAT Golf Shirt- Size Medium, the shipping costs appear in the correct order: USA All Other Countries However, if you go to the 2015 AMSAT Golf Shirt - Size XL, the shipping costs appear backwards: All Other Countries USA The attributes appear in this order: 230 2015 AMSAT Golf Shirt - Size Medium Country USA 6.0000 + 232 2015 AMSAT Golf Shirt - Size Medium Country All Other Countries 11.0000 + 251 2015 AMSAT Golf Shirt - Size XL Country USA 6.0000 + 255 2015 AMSAT Golf Shirt - Size XL Country All Other Countries 11.0000 + I have added, removed, and completely deleted and recreated the second item, but no help.
