I need to charge shipping on certain products, depending on what country these products are going to will be the outcome of the shipping cost plus anything else in the basket.

 

Things to note i have it set to 48 states free shipping setup in tax zones.

 

 

I can somewhat program I just need to know where to go. I was thinking about doing some sort of if statement on the checkout_shipping page... Suggestions? Any help plugins are appreciated.
