Changing the Review and Buy Now buttons to redirect to URL : Bootstrap 2.3.4

A good 5+ years ago we used Oscommerce 2.2 as an affiliate store. So when a customer went to buy it redirected to the affiliate url contained in the manufacturers url.

 

I know wish to do the same in the excellent OSC 2.3.4 Bootstrap on the product_info.php page but struggling to get it to work with the significantly changed code.

 

The old code in OSC 2.2 we changed was

Can anyone help me edit the OSC 2.3.4 Bootstrap product_info.php page around line 210 so it redirects to manufacturer URL?
