AllNamesAreTaken
Hello, I have a customised OsCommerce osCommerce Online Merchant v2.3.3.4 I would like to use PayPal by Sisow: http://www.sisow.nl/downloads/oscommerce360.zip I also use this add-on for IDeal (Dutch payment method) and SoFort (europe payment method) and it would be nice to also ' turn on' the PalPal feature so all my paments are handled by this Payment provider However this module does not support adding a PayPal fee. I would like all my customers to pay a fee of 1.95 euro to use this payment method. However the Sisow module does not support a fee. I was wondering if any of these module would do the trick: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/3067 http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/7996 However they have not been updated since 2006 so i don't know if they still work. In overview currently the payment is like this: Ideal (free) SoFort (free) Manual booking (free) And i just want to add: PayPal: 1.95 (1,95 including tax 1.61 ex tax) Note the 1.95 has to be included in the tax calculations i have configured. It works that everything is taxed. The items, the shipping costs and the paypal 1.95 Thanks in advange for helping me
MrPhil
I thought that PayPal didn't permit you to add a fee for using their service. That was a while ago, so maybe it's changed. Anyway, you might want to check that out before you proceed.
AllNamesAreTaken
Yes they will allow you. The rule is you may not charge the customer more then you are charged. And that i will not. But i'll tell you they don't enforce the rule. I once reported a shop that was asking a fee or 8%. PayPal responded they did not care (And also once a store that sold Fake Prada. Again they did not care)
